Will you be our Brand Ambassador?

I’m super excited to invite you to be part of the Ruby Red Photography team as a Brand Ambassador. A very select group of people will be invited into this role each year, and I think you'd make a great fit! The role will be available for one year.

This agreement outlines the roles and responsibilities for both of us so that we are clear on how we can make this a great experience for everyone.

I understand and agree that during my time as a brand ambassador for Ruby Red Photography:

Ruby Red Photography will:

  • Photograph my family 3 times during the year - 2 regular sessions, and one Brand Ambassador-only mini session on a fixed date which cannot be rescheduled (normal value $597)

  • Make all edited images (around 30 photos per full session) from the photo shoots available for download as social media sized images. (Total value of $2497.) These images will be made available to me in the 6 months following the session – they may not be all made available at once. High resolution digital images, prints, albums and other products will be available for purchase at a lower price than regular clients, and I can also combine photos from different sessions into albums and wall galleries.

  • Provide a unique voucher code for me with both printed and digital vouchers that I can share with friends, family and other contacts. This will give them a credit to put towards their own photo shoots.

  • Pay me a 10% commission of the total sale for each person who books a photo shoot using my referral code.

  • Provide training to me about what to share with people about Ruby Red Photography.


I will:

  • Receive information about what to share about Ruby Red Photography with people I’m in contact with.

  • Always seek to portray Ruby Red Photography in a positive light.

  • Be an admin on the Perfectly Imperfect Parenting Facebook group and the Because You're You Facebook group, and approve members, saving their request responses.

  • Participate in both these Facebook groups by:

    • Being active in the groups - logging in most days of the week, and liking and commenting on posts in the groups.

    • Moderating the group by monitoring posts and ensuring they are in keeping with the group rules and spirit, and removing inappropriate posts where necessary.

    • Posting at least once a week in the groups (there will be a list of post ideas available to me - posts can include things like sharing parenting related memes, sharing photos Ruby Red Photography has taken of my family, sharing photos I've taken, and asking parenting related questions).

  • Share photos made by Ruby Red Photography, one at a time:

    • On my personal Facebook and Instagram pages, with a caption expressing the story behind it or why I love it.

    • In the Perfectly Imperfect Parenting Facebook group.

    • Anywhere else I want!

  • Contact Ruby Red Photography if I am having difficulty fulfilling my part of the contract to discuss a solution.
